    Micronized and Coated Special Production Powder Fertilizer

    Balanced  Drip & Leaf Fertilizer

    Packing: 12.5KG

    This product, which has a balanced content in Scheffer powder fertilizers, has been produced as a result of high research and technology. Fertilizers sized as micronized are coated with plant activators, spreaders, enzymes and bacterial peptones in accordance with the formulation content. This formulation, which is economical with its small amount of use, can be applied without leaves and dripping.

    Each of the Scheffer powder fertilizer series is suitable for use in open fields and gives successful returns in even a small amount of plant. Although it is not known in the industry, it contains some rare special activators.

    Scheffer Powder fertilizers can be used on leaves and soil with confidence. It gives effective results even in small amounts. Each micron is coated with herbal actives, organic acids, chelators and enzymes. While it activates the plant in many ways, it guides the plant with the correct coding in line with its formulation.

    SCHEFFER POWDER FERTILIZER

    The Scheffer brand was established for a boutique structuring. In order to deliver the appropriate conditions and opportunities to its customers by means of its stores by producing within nominal limits; In this direction, it started its works in order to respond to the powder fertilizer demands and revealed its own conditions in the following stages;

    MICRON GRINDING

    Homogeneity in powder fertilizer is important for Scheffer. Due to the different molecular structure and specific weight of the powders, the sub-top difference factor should be eliminated in the mixtures. While heavy dusts accumulated in the lower part, light dusts remained in the upper part and the filling could not be made homogeneously. By adding the first stage in the production process, each fertilizer was sized to micron level with a 33kW power pre-grinding unit, ensuring standardization. The advantages of this micron structure are:

    • Extra Water absorption capacity / high solubility viscosity
    • Ease of absorption from cokes
    • Homogeneous waiting in its packaging
    • Convenience rate without reaching the bottom when placed in water / dispersion homogenization in liquid solution

    TRANSFER AND TANK FILLING

    The sized powder microns are transferred to the pressure mixing tank from the 10-meter line with high vacuum. The pressure and reverse thrust created in this process cause even stress and cause transmission losses of 70%. This shows that some microns did not reach their target in the transfer. By solving these stress conditions with his own engineering expertise, Scheffer has eliminated the deficiencies that may occur in fertilizer with 99% transmission.

    MIXTURE

    With its own special tank structure, Scheffer mixes under pressure with a mixer structure other than the usual one. Mixing conditions are important for homogeneity.

    COVERING

    Microns, which are mixed under pressure in a special mixer, are coated down to each micron with the high pressure cold steaming method developed by Scheffer. The liquid active groups in the Scheffer mixture and the enzyme groups in the liquid peptone are superimposed on the vapor particles with a special system and sent in the tank. This structure is fed continuously and steam stability is provided in the environment. The system stops after capturing every micron of vapor particles. At the end of the process, the coating of microns is over. This process also prevented dusting in the filling. Fertilizer microns have taken a new form with their balanced moisture structure.
