Muscus
Liquid Seaweed / 25lt
It is the product for which Scheffer's first R&D. It is possible to obtain seaweed in different ways. Algae obtained from different geographies of the world contain different contents. Where and how they are collected is also important. Since Muscus is not thought of only as seaweed, it has long been thought about how to customize production. It is produced in Scheffer reactors and with high pressure max. powder seaweeds are converted into liquid form. After this stage, while the alginic acid value is increased, some resistance triggering actives are added. A special type of algae, which we call MAYA, is added by Scheffer himself. This YEAST contains special bacterial groups and natural activators. 4-5 days after the production, all the product is fermented in the drum and the revival begins. Odor and gas output due to organic media is a result of this process. The product coming out of the reactor is taken to the filling tank and continues to mix under room conditions. In this process, peptone and enzyme are inoculated into Muscus from different parts of the 2-chamber tank to the product mixed with high pressure. This process will result in a period of 20 minutes.
In the Scheffer filling line, vitamin groups are added to each product by dosing per product at each filling.
Canned MUSCUS will wait ready until they meet with soil or leaves.
The enzyme groups in some of the products we have seen recently are now available as insecticides. MUSCUS contains these enzymes. Although it is not an insect, we are happy to see this content in the newly released products.
