The Cellfix production process is a special product. Production takes place in a closed system. In the first reaction process, the product is gaseous. In the 1 hour high pressure process, the unstable gaseous state is stabilized and converted to liquid form. The product becomes special with the input used in it. These are Glucose-6-Phosphate and Potassium Pyruvate.
Cellfix was considered as a permanent solution to flowering and fruit color. It is aimed to maximize the flowering of plants with glucose-6-phosphate. With the use of this product, which contains the energy parts of the life cycle, fruit filling and coloring will result quickly.

The first birth of Celfix was about the need to find a source of phosphorus that could be used instead of phosphoric acid. It has been produced with the desire to obtain a compound that will enable phosphorus to work in every period and in every weather condition, even when used sparingly. Glucose-6-phosphate was fermented for this purpose and used for celfix. However, this process must be suitable for agricultural fertilizers. For this purpose, P and K structures, which do not mix under normal conditions, were reacted in the reactor under 120 degrees temperature and 6-8 atm pressure. Celfix was produced by transferring the reaction to a different point by feeding this high-pressure tank from the outside with high-pressure pumps into the tank. The liquid solution, which remains unstable for 4 hours, becomes stable at the end of this process and is left to cool. The resulting celfix is a technology designed by scheffer himself and put into use. While Celfix gives a 100% result as a phosphorus source, it is also a special colorant with the potassium released in the reactions.
